Shipping
All orders are shipped through Box Now.
We currently ship to Cyprus, Greece, and Bulgaria only.
If you would like your order shipped to another country, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to arrange international shipping where possible.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. The final shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be calculated based on the country and delivery location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.
Returns & Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements if the error is on our side, including:
- Incorrect size sent
- Wrong item
- Incorrect quantity
We do not accept returns or refunds for customer ordering mistakes (such as selecting the wrong size or changing your mind) after the item has been sent. However if you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed or shipped.
